Set your scope to its maximum magnification (9x). Place the scope loosely in the bottom ring cradles. Assume your natural shooting position. Slide the scope forward or backward until you see a full, crisp picture through the eyepiece without any black shading around the edges (vignetting). This distance—usually 3 to 3.5 inches from your eye—is your eye relief. 3. Level the Reticle

Unscrew the top cap of the illumination dial. Insert one CR2032 3V lithium coin battery with the positive (+) side facing up. Replace the cap firmly.
