Non‑compartmental analysis (Phoenix WinNonlin) yielded the following PK parameters: C max = 2.4 µg mL⁻¹, T max = 1 h, AUC₀–∞ = 15 µg·h mL⁻¹, t½ = 6.8 h, oral bioavailability ≈ 45 %.
